A couple of notes about our minutes:

1. minutes entries have two formats:

  - mp3 are digital audio recordings of meetings.  An audio player(eg. Windows Media Player, IPOD, or other device or software) is required to hear these files.   Audio recordings are available starting with meetings in April 2007.

  - pdf are the text versions of the minutes, prepared by the clerk or secretary of the committee or board.  A .pdf viewer (eg. Adobe Reader) is needed to view these files.

2. The minutes are searchable via the Search Website function (look to the left, below Home Page). 

3. The written minutes of Town meetings include the motions, votes and general discussions of the particular board or committee.  In the case of Town Board Meetings, an audio file of the meeting itself is provided on this website to provide even greater detail for residents.
