PUBLIC NOTICE: Public Hearing on Proposed Local Law PLEASE
TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Nassau has introduced
and proposed for adoption Local Law No. 1 of 2019, which amends the Town
of Nassau Zoning Law (Local Law No. 2 of 2011) with respect to the
application process, review criteria and requirements to be applied to
solar energy systems in the Town of Nassau. PLEASE
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Nassau will hold
a public hearing on the proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2019 on February 14, 2018, at 6:45 p.m.at the
Town Hall located at 29 Church Street, Nassau, NY, at which time and
place all those wishing to comment on the proposed Local Law will have
an opportunity to be heard. Written comments will also be accepted at
that time and place. A copy of the proposed Local Law is available for
